Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered. We will pay for the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra cost. To initiate a return for a damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Keep the item in its original packaging.
- Contact us through our contact page, include your order number, and we'll ask for photos of the damages when we reply.
- Once we receive the photos, we will arrange for return shipping and send you a new item or issue a full refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, we apologize for the mix-up. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you the correct item as quickly as possible. Here’s what you need to do:
- Keep the item in its original packaging.
- Contact us through our contact page with a description of the issue.
- Once we confirm the mistake, we’ll arrange for the return of the incorrect item and send out the correct one immediately.
Returns for Other Reasons
If you need to return an item for any other reason, the following applies:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
